• Mandated ENERGY REDUCTIONS with percentages and/or dates?
• Replaced all incandescent bulbs with ENERGY EFFICIENT BULBS ?
• Installed ELECTRONIC THERMOSTATS ?
• Use ALTERNATIVE ENERGY sources, including solar, wind, biofuel and biomass where appropriate?
